I bought this iphone4 unlocked. I received a new sealed iphone (in the u.s.), everything was ok but the earphone was not working. I returned back the phone and in less than 24 hours later they ship me back a new one. These guys have an excellent customer service. I'm using this iphone in Brazil and it works fine with TIM mobile. I strongly recommend this iphone4. It's a great phone !
