Not only are they very attractive, they are slim and ulta lightwieght. I can easily stack 32 plates in my cabinet. Also they take up very little room in the dishwasher. I have no complaints about these. Many years ago I used Corelle, then stopped and  paid a fortune for expensive, fancy plates since then, that were heavy, chipped, took up too much room in the dishwasher. Now I'm back with Corelle and will remain there for my everyday dishes. You just cannot get a better everyday set of dishes.

<br/>Also the coffee cups are great. The handle is excellent and more like a mug. Easy to hold, easy to get even a large hand in the handle to hold it. The dessert plates or salad plates are large. Almost as large as the dinner plates.

<br/>If I had to complain about one thing it would be that I wish the bowls had the pattern on them instead of being plain white with just a green rim around the top.

<br/>LOVE these dishes so much that I bought 2 more sets just in case they discontinue this pattern. Some of the patterns are kind of hokey, not my style. These, I love.
