Today, a bit more of 5 months of my purchase in this store... I had to make technical service to the phone... And the guy told me that phone WAS NOT A NEW phone... 2 problems had it... No light in the keyboard and the battery no charge... The phone was manipulated inside before they sold to me...

But... I cant believe that they have sold me a phone WAS NOT A NEW PHONE...

I hope Amazon have some sort of sanction to these stores that do not deliver what they offer...
