I purchased 2 of these clippers from [...]. One worked fine and the other did not work at all. When I contacted ANTOnline about the problem they said sorry but we do not stand behind what we sell, take it up with the manufacturer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANTOnline AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EITHER. The other day I took the bad clipper to the Authorized Service Center for warranty repair or replacement and was told that they are having a hard time getting paid by Forfex for warranty work but they still took the clipper and said that that would do their best. This does not say much for the Forfex Company so I will never buy any of their products in the future. I am told that the clipper that did work, works very well. Next time my wife or one of her workmates needs a clipper I will recommend Andis or Oster products since the Authorized Service Canter said that they have a very good business relationship with those company's.
