We bought this faucet when the faucet that came with our house started leaking. We wanted one with a pull out/down spray and that was lead free from a major manufacturer. This Delta faucet hit those points and did it for a fairly attractive price. After struggling a bit with taking off the old faucet (Seriously who glues metal rings around the nuts that you need to access to remove the old faucet?), the new one went in really easy. I didn't time it but it must have been around 20 minutes. As for the faucet itself, I guess the spray could feel a little more substantial but for the price I can't complain. Also it being lighter will means it will be less fatiguing to use. The handle is easy to use and easy to control temperature and flow. The spray goes in and out with a nice smooth action. One minor qualm is there is no shutoff on the spray itself. You can just toggle between a stream and spray. You have to turn on and off the water with the handle on the base. Overall I am satified with the purchase.
