I agonized over buying this after reading all the reviews here. For the cost I don't think I could have gotten a better bench. I'm 6'1', 240lbs and this holds me just fine, no head hanging over the edge, no head hitting the ground, no feeling of tipping left or right. I use this for bench press, incline and decline press, plus all the stuff you can do with a normal flat bench. This is also great for shoulder press and skull crushers since it sits up straight like a chair.
