My girlfriend brought me this device for christmas and from day one I could tell it was of poor quality. The machine rocks from side to side whenever you use it like a rocking chair. When I use other elptical machines I average losing about 100 calories every 10mins. On this machine I only burn 40 calories. I tried to return this item and get my money back so that I could buy a better elptical machine and the company refused. Do not buy this item it is a piece of junk. cheap materials, cheaply made equals an awful workout!!!!!
